Concordia University Irvine publishes The Aerie, a literary and arts journal, annually in the spring. I was blessed to work with The Aerie all four years as an undergraduate, and to have my work represented in every edition that was published during my time as a student.

I served on the journal’s literary review board from 2023-2025, and was student co-editor for both the ’24 and ’25 editions.

The Aerie has taught me invaluable lessons about narrative, quality, and cohesion when working with creative pieces and creative people. Thank you to Professor Kristen Schmidt, Ella Hachee, Keelie Huebner-Chan, and Professor Rachel Soo for wonderful years working together on this project.
