By contemplating the stranger and more fantastical moments in Scripture, I hope to shed light on startling angles and uncommon elements of the Christian life in ways that can inspire viewers to consider the incredible paradox of faithful life, and appreciate the reality of Christian history.

I often depict characters and scenes in specific, transformative glimpses—moments of change, turning, and revelation. Whether by turning away from or towards God, turning from fear to trust, turning a page, or turning towards the resurrected Christ, my artwork leaves intentional, unresolved space for viewers to inhabit with their imagination.
